At RJHL TECH LTD, we are committed to getting your pre-owned and refurbished technology safely, quickly, and reliably to your door. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Dispatch Location & Processing Times

  • Dispatch Facility: All orders are carefully inspected, processed, and dispatched from our operational fulfillment facility located at Restmor Way, Hackbridge, Wallington, UK (SM6 7AH).

  • Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off:

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day will be dispatched on the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Delivery Destinations & Coverage

We currently ship to addresses located within:

  • UK Mainland

  • Northern Ireland

(Please note: We do not ship to international destinations or offshore islands outside of the UK mainland and Northern Ireland at this time.)

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Speeds

  • Courier Partner: All shipments are handled securely via Royal Mail.

  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery via Royal Mail typically takes 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking: Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and handed over to Royal Mail.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free of charge standard shipping on all orders across our eligible delivery zones, with no minimum spend required.

5. Delivery Issues, Delays, and Lost Items

  • While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeframe, postal delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, or public holidays can occasionally occur.

  • If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, or if your item has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
